YX50 smoker is an equipment providing heat treatment of meat and fish products. Products processed inside the machine can be dried, cooked, smoked and baked. Especially, it is suitable for using in small factory, canteen and laboratory, .

The smoker is controlled by PLC and touch-screen. Temperature and time can be set according to user's requirements.
Equipped with a built-in smoke generator. The whole smoke oven is made of high quality stainless steel SUS304.
